FinCore Advisory collects structural business details, contact information (name, business name, phone, email address), and financial details explicitly shared during consultancy engagements or form submissions.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process information to answer inquiries, deliver requested advisory operations (bookkeeping, payroll checks, tax computations), satisfy compliance targets with local Sri Lankan bodies (IRD, ROC), and secure account access portals.
3. Data Confidentiality
As certified financial consultants, we enforce strict professional secrecy. We do not sell or share business details with outside brokers unless explicitly required to complete legal submissions (e.g. IRD filings) or authorized in writing by the client.
4. System Security
For cloud accounts setups (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books), we advise multi-factor security credentials and isolate client databases to prevent unauthorized visual access.
